Define Digital Agency (definedigital.agency) is part of the Define Digital family (definedigital.in) and is operated by Define Solutions Private Limited, a company incorporated in India ("Define Solutions", "we", "us"). This Privacy Policy explains what personal information we collect, how we use and protect it, and the choices you have. It is written to align with applicable Indian law, including the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

Information you give us
When you submit our strategy-call / contact form, we collect your name, email address, phone number (optional), company name, monthly ad-spend range and the message you write. We also collect anything you share when you email, call or message us, including on WhatsApp.
Information collected automatically
When you submit the form we record your IP address and the time of submission to help prevent spam and abuse. Like most websites, our hosting provider also keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the pages requested).
Business contact details from public sources
We may collect publicly available business information, such as a business name, address, phone number, website and public email address from sources like Google Maps business listings, in order to contact businesses and professionals about our services (business-to-business outreach). See "Communications and how to opt out" below.

3. Communications and how to opt out
We may contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp about your enquiry or, where your business details are publicly listed, about our services. WhatsApp messages are sent through the WhatsApp Business Platform and are also subject to WhatsApp's own terms.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP to any WhatsApp message from us, or by emailing strategy@marketwolf.pro. We will stop contacting you promptly and keep only the minimum record needed to honour your request.
4. Cookies and third-party services
Our website does not currently use analytics or advertising cookies or tracking pixels. Our pages load fonts from Google Fonts, which means your browser connects to Google's servers and Google may receive your IP address. If we add analytics or advertising tools in future, we will update this policy first and, where required, ask for your consent.
5. Who we share information with
We do not sell personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate, and only as needed for that purpose. These include web hosting and email providers, CRM and cloud spreadsheet or storage tools, and messaging and telephony platforms (including the WhatsApp Business Platform by Meta). We may also disclose information where required by law or to protect our legal rights, and in connection with a merger, restructuring or sale of the business.
6. Data security
We use reasonable technical and organisational safeguards, including HTTPS on our website, access-controlled systems and limited internal access to personal information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
7. How long we keep information
We keep personal information only for as long as it is needed for the purposes described above or as required by law, after which it is deleted or anonymised.
8. Your rights
You may ask us to give you a summary of the personal information we hold about you, correct inaccurate information, erase your information, or withdraw your consent to our processing or communications. Email strategy@marketwolf.pro and we will respond within one month. We may need to verify your identity first.
9. Data deletion request
To ask us to delete your data, email strategy@marketwolf.pro with the subject line "Data Deletion Request" and include the phone number or email address we may hold. We will confirm and delete your information within 30 days, except for records we are legally required to keep.
10. Children
Our website and services are intended for businesses and are not directed at anyone under 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top shows when it last changed.
